McMinnville, OR, January 10th, 2017. TTR, the Tax Answer Company, is honored to announce that it made Oregon Business Magazine's 100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon for 2017. This is the second year in a row that TTR has placed as a best company to work for in Oregon.

The 100 Best list recognizes large, medium, and small companies for work environment, excellence in benefits and compensation, decision-making and trust, performance management, and career development and training.

Participating companies have the option to purchase their survey results, which cover a wide variety of topics with anonymous feedback. TTR management took last year's results to heart and created a plan to fix areas based on anonymous employee feedback. Since then, paternity benefits for mothers and fathers have greatly improved, staff training occurs daily, PTO has increased from 20 to 30 days per year, additional medical plans were added, employees got a new espresso machine, along with other amazing changes.

"This is a truly remarkable company in several ways," said one TTR employee on last year's survey. "I've never seen a company that is so upbeat with such a collective high emotional tone. Management chooses the type that fit into this and everyone, without exception, participates in creating a fun and productive place to work. You are never policed and are trusted as a professional to do what needs to be done."

The winners will be revealed at the 100 Best awards dinner on March 2nd and published in the March 2017 issue of Oregon Business.
