TTR Appoints Javier Ruiz as Chief Operating Officer

McMinnville, Oregon-March 2, 2015-Transaction Tax Resources, Inc. (www.ttrus.com), the leading provider of accurate sales and use tax answers, has appointed Javier O. Ruiz to its leadership team as Chief Operating Officer. Ruiz will report directly to TTR's CEO, Shon Holyfield.

"Javier has over twenty years of executive management and operations experience in a number of different fields, including management software and publishing," said Shon Holyfield. "TTR is fortunate to be attracting top-notch talent into its already stellar roster of employees. I am looking forward to working closely with Javier to help TTR reach some exciting new goals during the coming years."

Ruiz joins TTR after serving as senior vice president of strategic development at Retail Cloud Technologies, a retail management independent software vendor based in Florida. In that capacity and earlier as president of a Hollywood-based literary agency, he personally brokered strategic relationships with some the worlds' largest companies in 50 countries.
