TTR believes that compensation should be based on what a professional does, not who they are. TTR professionals, at all levels, are compensated with this idea in mind. Every year we analyze market information, salary reports, and review best practices to ensure that compensation is equitable for all TTR professionals. We ensure that every gender, regardless of race, ethnicity, or age, are compensated equitably.

What makes TTR so special is the culture; the people; the mission by leadership and our advisory council to make this company better and better every day. I've never seen anything like it. I'm so happy and proud to work here! The people you run into around the office are genuinely happy to be here and obviously having fun. I've worked in offices where the morale and production was low. This is never the case at TTR. We get tons of work done and somehow, almost magically, play a bunch too. And we are encouraged to play! The latest creation from our advisory council (a group made up of employees from every department in our organization with the goal to improve life at TTR) is the monthly activity challenge. Every employee can participate — it's basically like a bingo page filled with different activities such as: take a walk with a co-worker, eat lunch with someone you don't know that well, do a yoga class, etc. You get a stamp every time you do one of the challenges. When the month is complete, you get entered into a raffle to win a prize. The more stamps you have, the more entries into the raffle. What a brilliant and fun way to get everyone active and social! At first, I didn't think I would be into it, but I loved it! Bravo, advisory council! I could go on and on about all the amazing things provided by TTR, but here is just a short list: 30 days PTO, Up Desks, fast computers with dual monitors, espresso machines as far as the eye can see, annual Office Olympics, games around the office such as spike ball, various board games, ping pong, etc. That kind of paints the picture, but really, there is so much more and you really have to be here to understand. Our clients feel it with every fantastic customer service experience. Our loved ones feel it because we are happy. It's a magical place.

I have worked for a few different companies, and I have always felt replaceable and never have felt like they cared about me personally. I can now say I know what it's like to work for a company that truly loves and cares about me. Not just my progress at work but in my personal life as well. I don't feel replaceable here.

TTR makes every effort to ensure that every employee, no matter their level in the company, is happy, comfortable and well taken care of. As one tiny example, every employee gets the best possible office chair on the market. That may seem like a small thing, but I think it represents how they handle every aspect of their employees. From the moment I started as a low-level employee, I was given 30 days of PTO, 3 monitors, access to a gym (that's frankly better than most paid gyms) and my own Nerf gun. Here's another example: When it was time for raises this year, they asked everyone what they wanted to make. I gave a number, and a few days later, I was told that I wouldn't be receiving the amount I requested — instead I was given $4,000 more a year than I even asked for. None of that would matter, though, if TTR didn't make every effort to make sure everyone is happy, safe, appreciated, and recognized for their hard work.

The level of care for the employees. Sometimes it can be hard to see every day, but whenever you have a concern, it's addressed pretty quickly, and most of the time a solution is devised. The general concern for the employees' mental and physical health is pretty awesome. The encouragement to do what you love both inside and outside of work is great. Having food options and considerations for those who have dietary restrictions is really considerate.
