(McMinnville, Oregon, August 22, 2014) TTR has once again revolutionized the way companies get sales and use tax answers by releasing the first-ever Software Maintenance Agreement Decision Tree.

With over 500 unique ways that software maintenance agreements can be taxed, TTR recognized the complexity involved in finding a distinct tax answer for the sale and purchase of software maintenance agreements.

The TTR Research team was tasked with analyzing all variants of possible questions and answers for every state, and handed this work to the TTR Technology team. The Technology team was then able to design and develop a very unique system that gives the TTR user a precise and easy-to-use method of finding an answer. By simply clicking through a series of questions, the TTR user is provided the exact software maintenance agreement answer in a matter of seconds.

Shon Holyfield, CEO at TTR has this to say. "This is a giant leap forward for TTR subscribers that need these answers. They no longer have to spend hours researching software maintenance agreements, which can be quite complex when you look at all the states and decisions involved in mandatory or optional agreements, custom or prewritten software agreements, service agreements, updates, and much more. We're very proud of this accomplishment, and more importantly, proud that yet again, we can offer our subscribers a significant time savings."
